Exercising outside the gym
The gym isn't the only place to do exercise. There are a multitude of fitness options open to you. Here are 7 alternative exercises to the gym.
Walking
Great for weight lose and improving heart and lunges
- Walk to and from work
- Get off the bus one stop earlier
- Take the stairs whenever you can
- Leave your desk at least twice a day and go for a 10min walk
